The purpose of this report is to gather information and express opinions regarding the claimant’s pre-accident educational and cognitive potential, as well as the post-accident educational and cognitive potential. Ascertain how the accident under discussion may have influenced these functions and determine the education level that Ms. Mudau will attain. This report's opinions and recommendations are based on the information made available during the interview, collateral information, assessment results, and other experts’ reports.
